After meeting up with two lovely ladies Raeven Western & Chinsuelyn and learning about some of their secrets to an amazing  body, skin, and pretty much soul. I told them I would give it a try and eat healthier, but slow and steady.
So since late December until now I have successfully switched from 2% Milk to Vanilla Almond Milk (Unsweetned) and it is great!

According to Wikipedia: Almond milk is a milky drink made from ground almonds. Unlike animal milk, almond milk contains no cholesterol or lactose. It can be used as a substitute for animal milk in many recipes, and is also completely vegan.
Almond milk tastes great, I was expecting some weird taste but it tastes just like milk, and smells like vanilla almond.
 You can use it for your cereal – Hot or Cold.
